You will be required to provide card details in order to book your appointment. Your details are held securely on our secure encrypted GDPR compliant booking system until the time of your appointment. No charges will be made unless you do not keep your appointment.
If you do not keep your appointment, a fee of 50% of the appointment value will charged to your card. Fees for missed consultations or patch tests will be charged at the full value. These fees will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking. By confirming your appointment you are accepting these terms and conditions.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us a minimum of 12 hours prior to your appointment by using the rescheduling links received in your email confirmation or by calling the clinic directly on 0203 751 5122.
