1. Introduction
Asthetik London operates a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Each appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you. Late changes mean the clinic cannot offer that time to another client and clinic time is lost.
This policy sets out the terms on which appointments are booked, cancelled and rescheduled. It applies to all treatments and consultations booked with Asthetik London.
2. Deposits
2.1 A deposit is required to secure every appointment. An appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received in full.
2.2 If the deposit has not been received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled automatically and the slot released to other clients.
2.3 All deposits are strictly non-refundable, except where the clinic cancels the appointment.
2.4 Where the appointment goes ahead, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
3. Cancellations
3.1 If you cancel your appointment at any time, regardless of the notice given, your deposit will be forfeited in full.
3.2 Failure to attend an appointment without notice will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
4. Rescheduling
4.1 We understand that appointments may occasionally need to be rescheduled. All requests to reschedule must be made through your patient portal, or submitted to the clinic, more than 24 hours before your appointment time.
4.2 Where you reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
4.3 Where you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit may be forfeited. Whether the deposit is forfeited or transferred is at the sole discretion of the clinic.
4.4 Providing adequate notice allows us to offer your slot to another client and avoid the loss of clinic time.
5. Acceptance of Terms
5.1 By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Cancellation & Deposit Policy.
5.2 You acknowledge that deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited if you do not comply with the terms set out above.
5.3 Asthetik London reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply to your appointment.
